How it works

Feet & arches

Feet often benefit from controlled contact through the arch and sole. Begin gradually, then broaden the pressure if the whole foot feels tired.

Knuckle

Best starting point for this zone.

Feet respond well to broad contact through the arch and sole, where tension often builds evenly. A knuckle point covers this area comfortably during longer sessions.

Use safely

Begin with light pressure and increase gradually only while it remains comfortable. Stop if you feel sharp or increasing pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or unusual weakness.

How to use

Step-by-step guide

Follow the steps in order, from setting up the tool to working through the area.

  1. Get Into Position

    Sit down

Rest the sole of your foot over the tool.

  2. Find the arch

Let a broad point sit between the ball of your foot and heel.

  3. Avoid bony areas

Stay off the heel bone and the base of your toes.

  4. Roll and Release

    Press down gradually

Build pressure slowly through the foot.

  5. Roll through the arch

Move slowly to cover the whole arch.

  6. Switch for tight spots

Use a smaller point wherever it feels tighter.
