How it works

Quads

Quads usually respond well to broad pressure across the larger muscle area. Build depth gradually around denser points rather than starting aggressively.

Practical use

Begin broadly across the thigh and build pressure gradually.

Recommended pressure type

T

Thumb

Best starting point for this zone.

The quads are a large muscle group where a smaller point helps target denser, tighter areas. A thumb point offers that precision while still covering the muscle effectively.

Use safely

Begin with light pressure and increase gradually only while it remains comfortable. Stop if you feel sharp or increasing pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or unusual weakness.

How to use

Step-by-step guide

Follow the steps in order, from setting up the tool to working through the area.

  1. Get Into Position

    Sit or kneel

Press the tool into the front and outer side of your thigh.

  2. Choose your point

Use a smaller point for dense spots, broader for the rest.

  3. Avoid bony areas

Stay off the kneecap and the front hip point.

  4. Work the Thigh

    Build gradually

Increase pressure slowly rather than starting heavy.

  5. Move toward the hip

Work along the muscle from above the knee upward.

  6. Pause where it holds

Hold briefly on tighter spots while comfortable.
